PCS-320

Similar to PCS 325
with longer gel time for improved surface wet-out. For applications
requiring broadcast for anti-slip, higher gloss and smoother finishes.



PCS-325

Rapid cure aromatic
flexible polyurea for concrete coatings, manholes and liners, secondary
containment, wastewater, sewage treatment plants.

250% elongation.



PCS-350

Similar to PCS 355
with longer gel time for improved surface wet-out. For applications
requiring broadcast for anti-slip, higher gloss and smoother finishes.



PCS-355

450% elongation
elastomeric polyurea, excellent metal and concrete coating. Increased
toughness with good chemical resistance.



PCS-360BG

1:1
elastomeric polyurea hand patch system. Extended pot life. Excellent for
patching, pipe joints and girth welds.



PCS-305


Aliphatic light-stable polyurea. Where UV stable surface coatings are
required. Used in flooring, road marking and other color stable
applications.


PCS-400

Hand applied pure polyureas
for roller brush or airless application. Offers a pot life of 15-20 minutes
at 75 ° 
F, and a cure rate of 1-2 hours. PCS-400 series
are UV stable and can be used over PCS 300 series pure polyureas for color
retention applications.



PCS-410

PCS-410
provides 65% elongation for concrete applications where crack bridging is
required.



PCS-700

Rigid
polyurea, excellent cathodic disbondment and adhesion to FBE. Specified for
coating girth welds, repair of FBE. Room temperature cure replacement for
FBE pipeline coatings.

PCS-20


Unique one component 100% solids primer for polyurea applications over
concrete. Reduces pinhole formation while penetrating deep into the
concrete. Cures to tack free in 1-2 hours allowing short downtime before
applying PCSI polyurea. Can be sprayed, brushed or rolled at 2-5 mils. If
concrete has tight surface, water can be added to the PCS-20 to reduce
viscosity for maximum penetration of the concrete surface.

TACK-COAT

A new, brush or spray
applied procedure for “waking up” existing polyurea to accept a new coat of
polyurea. Especially useful for the tie in coat on extended or delayed jobs.
Simply apply to surface of existing polyurea and allow to dry. Top coat with
next layer of polyurea within an hour. Eliminates hand sanding or use of
flammable solvents.

PCS-30

Low
viscosity, penetrating concrete primer used with PCS 320, PCS 350 and FE-100
over new and damaged concrete. 1:1 mix ratio, also available in vertical
grade. For temperatures above 70 
° 
F.

PCS-31

Low viscosity 100% solids
epoxy primer similar to PCS-30, for applications between 55
° 
F and 60 °

F.



PCS-32

Low
temperature cure version of PCS-30, used when temperature conditions are
between 40 °
F and 55 °
F. Also available in vertical grades.

PCS-40

100%
solids Red Iron Oxide epoxy primer for metal substrates. Excellent adhesion
with PCSI polyureas.

 


PCS-104

An epoxy excellent for
concrete coatings and flooring. Non skid characteristics when aggregate is
broadcast over base coat, and then top coated with second coat of PCS-104.

PCS-105 

Similar
to PCS-104, but based on Novolac epoxy for added chemical resistance.
Excellent for loading docks, spill and splash zones, secondary containment,
and high traffic areas.


PCS-110

2
component, 100% solids epoxy designed for potting and encapsulation,
adhesives and laminating applications.


FE-100

Epoxy
coating/liner for concrete specified in sewer linings, concrete pipe
coatings, corrosive atmospheres such as secondary containment, and
wastewater facilities. Provided in pre-measured containers.


PCS-700RM

component epoxy coating for repair and patching pipeline coatings such as
FBE or PCS- 700 systems.1:1 epoxy repair kit for FBE and polyurea coatings.
